Our Organic Divine Grace Matcha is an imperial ceremonial grade tea that is both vivid in colour and has a rare sweetness and deep flavour characteristic of the finest ten-yu leaves. Eighty eight days after the beginning of spring, the first-flush leaves are mindfully harvested, dried and ground using a stone-mill. It is said that it can take up to one hour to mill the dried leaves to produce just 30g of Organic Divine Grace Matcha.
